About Lex Cuervo
Lex Cuervo was a small-town girl with big city dreams growing up in Clinton, Pennsylvania. She followed her dad everywhere, always wanting to help him in the garage and around the house. He taught her many traits that would later hone her passion for real estate, like how to landscape, put on a roof, put up drywall, install flooring, and much more. “I felt like I could really do something special with all that he taught me,” says Lex.
That something special wouldn’t occur to her until she left home to attend West Virginia University. While in school, Lex worked in the rental business, leasing out apartments while waitressing on the side. She met many students while giving tours and boasting information about the apartments, the area, the school, and everything else. She fell in love with meeting new people every day and helping them find a place to call home.
After receiving her degree in multi-disciplinary studies in Public Relations, Sports Communication, and Business Administration in 2016, she moved back home and found that she missed her leasing job. Lex really felt like she could connect with people and help them with purchasing a home rather than just renting.
She obtained her real estate license in November of 2016.
Lex is currently focusing on growth, not only within the business, but in education as well. She is taking her broker’s classes and wants to keep up with the needs of her clients and everything the industry has to offer, like lending, new construction, etc. She fully adheres to the concept of “never stop learning” and aims to learn something new every day.
Outside of the business, Lex coaches gymnastics for a local studio called Center Stage Dance and Gymnastics, and really enjoys teaching the younger generation about team leadership, communication, and discipline. She loves spending time with her parents, having family dinners, and entertaining friends and extended family.
With the passion that Lex has for real estate and the drive that she has to succeed, with only two years into the business, there is no doubt that she will go far.
At this point, the country sky is the limit for this small-town girl.
