About Brian Castelucci
Born and raised in the city, and a current resident of Kennedy TWP, I know the ins and outs of the Pittsburgh real estate market. In 2016, I graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Science in fashion merchandising with a minor in marketing. I like to hit the ground running, so, shortly thereafter, I began my career in corporate merchandising where I ran a $50M menswear business for two years. Afterwards, I longed to launch my career further into the realm of fashion and moved to the fashion capital of the US, New York City, where I learned to take on more responsibility. Family means everything to me, so after about year of living and working in the hustle and bustle of NYC, I decided to move back to Pittsburgh to be closer to my loved ones. I now live with my twin brother, and my parents and little brother are just five minutes down the road.
To which many can relate, 2020 brought on major challenges to every household. After being furloughed from my corporate job, I realized that there was more that I wanted out of my career, and that was no longer in fashion. Having grown up with a father in the construction business, the owner and operator of Castelucci Construction Inc., real estate seemed to be a no brainer. I spent my time while furloughed studying for the real estate exams. I have since passed, received my license, and sold my first house to my best friend from childhood. I helped her find her first home. The feeling I felt picking up the phone to call and tell her she was a new homeowner was unlike anything I had ever felt working in fashion. I helped someone further develop their life, and that, to me, is priceless. I know I have chosen the right career.
My hard work, determination, and “whatever it takes” attitude makes me the ideal agent for you. I want to help you make the experience of finding, selling, or building whether it be your first home, second home, or your forever home fun and easy!
